Finding Strength: Arizona Women’s Recovery Center Offers Hope on “Empowered with Meg Ryan”

Finding Strength:
Arizona Women’s Recovery Center Offers Hope on “Empowered with Meg Ryan”

For many women, the path to recovery from addiction feels isolating and overwhelming. Imagine juggling childcare, work, and the constant internal struggle. A new segment of Empowered with Meg Ryan delves into this experience, showcasing the transformative support offered by the Arizona Women’s Recovery Center (AWRC).

The segment will dive into the unique challenges faced by women in recovery. While addiction affects everyone, societal pressures and the need to balance responsibilities can make it even harder for women to seek help. AWRC offers a lifeline, providing a safe, supportive environment specifically designed for women’s needs.

“Viewers will get a glimpse into the center’s compassionate approach, featuring interviews with staff and participants.”

“AWRC has an exceptional completion rate where 85% of their graduates have remained sober five years post treatment”, stated Beverly Wohlert, Phd, and CEO. “This is evidenced by AWRC’s consistently followed and engaged Womens Alumni Network of over 300 members.”

Empowered with Meg Ryan will showcase the AWRC difference. Viewers will get a glimpse into the center’s compassionate approach, featuring interviews with staff and participants. The segment emphasizes the power of community and the importance of tackling addiction from multiple angles, including therapy, housing support, and career guidance. Ultimately, the focus is on hope – the hope for a brighter future free from addiction.
